One source for medical office and hospital information, the electronic health record via myPatient Portal includes your medical history, medications, allergies, immunizations, lab results, office notes, radiology reports and much more. MyPatient Portal is offered through a community health partnership between LRGHealthcare and Speare Memorial Health networks.
