Taylored Boot Camp – Fall Fitness Fun!
Cooler weather is a lovely time for outdoor exercise. The five-week Taylored Boot Camp will help people feel good and meet their health and fitness goals with an ever-changing array of exercises, stretching and movement for a great total body workout. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this course, taught by a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.
Classes begin Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 5:50 a.m. outside the Fitness Center/Pool area of Taylor Community’s Woodside Building, 435 Union Ave., Laconia. Thereafter, the program will run Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:50 to 6:40 a.m., rain or shine, through Oct. 4. The cost is $108 for five weeks (nine classes). A six-person minimum is required for the Boot Camp to be held. Please bring a mat or towel and hand weights if you have them.
