Hiking Conditioning Begins March 13
February 28, 2018Join with Taylor Community to get in shape for summer hiking. The 30-minute classes will run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. from March 13 to April 17 in Taylor Community’s Woodside Building. The classes are open to the public for $5 each. Included will be core strengthening exercises to strengthen back and abdominal muscles for balance and carrying backpacks. Stairs and walking will be a regular part of the conditioning, along with exercises to build endurance. Even if you do not plan to hike outside, you’re welcome to join the class.
