Mindful Movement & Meditation through Chi Kung
March 30, 2018Chi Kung is the practice of internal mind/body energy work. Its purpose is to provide a place to practice and learn an ancient self-healing mind and body exercise program. Rick Hochsprung, a physical therapist, yoga instructor and mediator, has found the movements and meditations in Chi Kung work to heal past traumas within himself, his patients and students.
Hochsprung will teach Chi Kung classes at Taylor Community’s Woodside Building beginning Monday, April 2 at 6 p.m. Classes will be on-going and are open to the public. A card system will be used to track payments. Punch cards are $50 for non-residents, with five punches (classes) available; or two cards for $90. Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
