Gilford lawyer and former State Representative Norman Silber will present his highly informative lecture on the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). Information will include how cases are heard and decided by the Court; the present and possible future composition of the Court; some recent Court decisions and some controversial decisions that may be revisited in the near future; and why people have said for years “Don’t make a federal case out of it!”
