Trio Veritas Final Concert in 2014 Series
October 31, 2014The final concert in the Taylor Community 2014 Music Series, sponsored by Bank of New Hampshire, features Trio Veritas. The trio is comprised of Violinist Sasha Callahan, Cellist Leo Egnuchi and Pianist Dan Perkins who will perform the music of Shostakovich, Haydn and Stookey. The free concert is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 23 at 3 p.m. in Taylor’s Woodside Building and is open to the public.

Callahan has established a vibrant and diverse career as a recitalist, chamber and orchestral musician. She’s performed extensively throughout North America, Europe and Japan and is a founding member of the Lunaire String Quartet and Kalistos Chamber Orchestra.
Egnuchi can be heard as the cellist of Xanthos (a resident ensemble at Boston University), assistant principal of Camerata New England, principal of New Bedford Symphony, a member of the New Hampshire Music Festival, Portland Symphony and in frequent appearances with Boston Pops and the Boston Modern Orchestra Project.
Perkins is professor of music and director of choral activities at Plymouth State University. He is music director of the New Hampshire Master Chorale and Chamber Orchestra and the Manchester Choral Society and Orchestra. He is also principal guest conductor and director of chorale activities for the New Hampshire Music Festival.
